Learning seated song and dance routines for fitness, flexibility, cardio and cognitive training. Gentle, fun, low impact, seated dance class to toe tapping music with familiar & catchy tunes from the 50's,60's and 70's we can singalong to as we do a dance workout to keep you moving!

Held in person in the Dance Studio in Wollongbar in air-conditioned studio behind the Shopping Centre. Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible.
