Monique’s “Silver Sweethearts” and amazing Adult Dance Community are very proud to provide Community entertainment and performances highlighting some fun show dances in many styles such as Ballet, Soft Shoe, Gypsy, Broadway, Cabaret and seated dance styles showcasing the talents of our senior dancers.

Monique has also developed and deliveres classes to many local Northern Rivers Retirement Resorts and Aged Care Homes as well as offering Community Classes at her Wollongbar studio. Monique is proud of her very well received and popular Seated Song and Dance program
